Sea Kayak Strokes Clinic - Beginner In this 3 hour strokes clinic we will introduce or aim to improve your kayaking strokes including the Reverse Stroke, Draw Strokes, Sweep Strokes, Pivots, Bow and Stern Rudder, as well as move towards an efficient forward stroke.
